ProductiveMail Viewer
The ProductiveMail Viewer will inform you at all times the status of your messages: the date and time they were sent, the date and time they were opened (if already read) and the time elapsed between both events. Also, you can track the messages you have in follow-up.
Message Footer
Here you’ll be able to customize the image and text the recipient will receive in the message footer. You could even protect the configuration by using a password so it cannot be modified. This way, all the users sharing the same User ID will send their messages with the same footer.
Email Accounts
ProductiveMail will automatically detect all the email accounts you have in Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, and will associate them with the program by default. Email accounts from other email clients can also be added manually.
Preferences
Through the Preferences you'll be able to configure the notifications and warnings that ProductiveMail will use to keep you informed about all the events. Also, you'll be able to change the text that will appear in the message footer. You could even hide the message footer to make the read receipt completely invisible.
Outgoing Message
This is an example of the message the recipient will receive if you don't enable the 'Invisible read receipt' option.
ProductiveMail SysTray Icon
You can access the viewer at any time by clicking the program icon located in the system tray (next to the clock). Also, you can access the configuration commands from the pop-up menu activated by right-clicking on the same icon.
