Have you realized that you can promote your business
in
every email you send? |
| |
| |
 |
| |
Message footer customization allows you to use your business emails like a showroom where to put image and text:
- Full customization of the image and text the recipient will receive.
- Transmit a corporate message in all the messages sent from the company.
- A unique administrator (Marketing Manager, Public Relations Manager…) can administers the message footer content.
|
What can be done? What is it useful for?
It allows you to customize all the emails sent from your organization (company, institution, agency…) by adding to the message footer:
- An image (your company logo) with a link to your website
- A text, saying whatever you like, for example:
- Your company slogan
- Corporate special offer (the beginning of the spring or summer sales next month)
- Commercial news:
- Launching of a new product and/or service
- Expanding your sales network (new office, store…)
- Customization based on the recipient:
- Customers, in different languages and message, based on the market (English, French…)
- Suppliers
- Communication / information media
- External collaborators or affiliates
- Internal personnel
How to do it
In the ProductiveMail viewer go to Tools and select the Configure Meessage Footer option.
In the Message Footer window:
- Select the path for the image (company logo, product logo…) that will appear along with the text. The image must be JPG or GIF and with a maximum size of 50 KB.
- Enter the URL that will show up when the image is clicked. This URL refers to the website address which the selected image will be linked to.
- Enter the text that will appear along with the image. You can select the position of the text relative to the image: at the right, at the left, above or below.
At any time you can click on the Refresh Preview button to verify the new defined configuration, and this way, optimize its format and modify it until it fits your needs.
In this example the final result would be:
